The opportunity

The African migration services market has a trust problem. Unverified claims circulate in Telegram groups and WhatsApp channels - approval rates that authorities never published, processing times that are not official, fees that are agent pricing presented as government fees. Applicants cannot tell the difference between a legitimate agency and a fraudulent one.

MyPathway2Global is the reference point that does not exist yet. Not a directory of agents. Not a comparison site. A primary-source intelligence layer that anyone - applicant or agency - can cite.

A legitimate agency that can say "our pathway data is verified by MyPathway2Global" has a genuine differentiator in a market where no one else can say that. The partnership is worth more than any commission structure.

Three partnership types

Tier A - Verified Practitioner

Who: Licensed immigration lawyers, regulated immigration advisers, accredited consultants operating in the African market.

What you contribute: Primary-source sign-off on pathway records for countries within your practice area. Your name and firm appear on the pathway record as the verified reviewer. You replace the current manual source sign-off process.

What you receive: A Verified Practitioner badge on the platform, a practitioner profile page linked from relevant pathway records, and referral traffic from users who need legal advice beyond what the platform provides.

Requirements: Current regulatory authorisation in your jurisdiction. Willingness to review pathway records against primary sources. Disclosure of any conflicts of interest.

Tier B - Agency Partner

Who: Travel agencies, relocation firms, HR platforms and migration service providers operating in the African market.

What you contribute: Distribution - you route clients to the platform as the verified source of pathway information. You may co-brand content and embed platform pathway data in your client communications.

What you receive: An Agency Partner badge and listing in the partner directory, co-branding rights subject to accuracy requirements, and access to structured pathway data for the countries you serve.

Requirements: You must not make claims about pathways that contradict the platform's published data. You must not use the platform's name to imply endorsement of your specific services. You must maintain a written agreement with clients before commencing services.

Tier C - Content Partner

Who: Research organisations, universities, diaspora organisations, professional associations and media organisations.

What you contribute: Country audits, playbooks, case studies or policy updates co-produced with the platform. All content goes through the same evidence gate as platform-generated content.

What you receive: Co-authorship attribution on published content, brand visibility and SEO attribution.

The trust firewall

All partnerships are subject to the trust firewall. These rules are non-negotiable:

Partnerships that violate any of these rules are terminated immediately.

The due diligence process

Before any partnership is formalised, we review:

A written partnership agreement is required before any co-branding or data access. The agreement includes explicit acceptance of the trust firewall and an immediate termination clause for violations.
